What to Expect

Your first session will include a postural evaluation including a discussion of your health, injuries, and illness history. Your therapist will look for any physical imbalances and explore the holding or bracing patterns that may be creating them and will recommend specific stretches and self-treatment techniques to be done at home. Each treatment plan is individualized to the client’s need and goals.
